Possibly so. I think having a higher IQ can make it slightly more difficult. As long as you're tall, good looking, and fall within 1SD of IQ, you'll be fine. IQ can contribute to being wittier or more enigmatic, but again if you have the looks those can cancel out.

A lot of people carry the preconceived notion that bookworms and academic overachievers are "high IQ", but most are just normies with aspie fixations. You'd have better luck finding a high IQ person in a bar than you would in a library, I've yet to meet a truly high IQ individual who obsesses over numbers or things of like all day.
