I have been pouring cold water on myself to just feel something, punching random shit in my room, and just LDARing listening to music. I feel nothing

can relate, im just a spectator to my own life. Only time i feel somewhat not like killing myself is when i dream.
 
gore is the only thing that stimulates me emotionally anymore. even that is now starting to wear off
