Its normal, i already discussed this in a thread. Almost everybody has a lower degree of tilt in the left eye, that is because the left side is more developed

Yes, it stems from body mechanics that derive from asymmetrical organ distribution. Left ramus is always longer, left side of the face is always fuller, left orbitals are more squared(that leads to nct), left side ot the neck is always more musculare, left pectoral is bigger, left abductor is smaller etc...Right side is less developed and leaner
