I think it's actually him. I just looked it up.

He got two felonies so he got more than a decade overall and I don't think he has parole but idk how it works in the US.

He was probably 13 or 14 in the first pic when he made that video and for some reason i'm guessing he got lucky enough for puberty to double his entire mandible/lower third, but he's rotting in jail now so oh well.
