1. very bad ipd (especially close)
2. bad philtrum
3. bad lips (mostly always looks gay if you get a lip lift and if someone in you’re circle notices it it’s even more over)
4. very narrow mouth


Literally every other failo can be fixed through surgeries some require harder ones some not and things like big forehead can also be frauded.


Ps: used to think cranial base matters and if you have a short one it’s „over“ but that shit doesn’t matter anyways nobody cares about side irl only if you’re badly recessed in the jaw and the front remains the same so it’s cope
