Went for a dentist appointment 2 years after braces at 16. He said i should have wore my retainer because my mandible grew alot and now i need extractions when I dont even have an underbite

Age:23 soon 2b 24, orthotropist in Europe u can find many there, results yes: midface has expanded, cheekbones stick out more, a little mor forward growth but nothing notable there. I’m only expanded about 3mm, have another 3 to go. Also I have had some flaring of teeth, especially near the front where I’m not able to chew very well. It’s clear form my research and experience that chewing during removable palate expansion is pivotal in determining if the teeth flare out or not. I’m actualy working on a chewing gum specifically built to avoid tooth flaring during these treatments.

no i travel there every 2 months, but I might be moving there very soon as travel costs are excessive.
