From my experience a bit of hair loss is pretty normal to me but i have no real sign of balding whatsoever like bald spots or shit

Which is normal if he has too, hair is rubbing against each other and creates friction, best he can do it check a dermatologist a endocrinologist and take D3 4000ui +k2, lowkey was loosing more hair when i had problems with d3

yea d3 is important and if its not AGA its most likely a lack of it e.g being for a nordic country
to the poster I dont really think its a sign of anything yet just you brushing your hair like a crazy mf for 10 mins is enough to cause damage and have some hairs falling out, or just being deadhairs not falling yet just keep ur diet good and supplement vit d if you have AGA in ur familytree then it might be worth to at least check ur hairline now and then to make sure theres no recession going on
