Sure there is quite a big you could do. But the most important is to habituate a very solid strong Mew, and to constantly strengthen your jaw muscles through a good chewing schedule. Beltpulling, facepulling etc. all these things are options

I’m rotting at the moment so no. But I know quite a few people who have gotten great results. Spend some time looking at transformations if u need. But I can assure you if you do it right it will work out
