You need to believe right now you are capable, don't worry about your looks that much if I could go back in time I would try to ignore my horrible circumstance and stop stressing myself out and sleep a lot and workout (but not overdo it tho) Have belief in yourself you will change! I was like this from age 14-18 now I'm 19 and my life is completely different, it wasn't puberty either I just maxxed out what I had.

Steroids can make you lose your hair, get acne, and really body aesthetics are mostly about your genetic frame, but if you work out naturally and get big biceps and improve your shoulders you will still get compliments from girls even with a bad frame if they liked you enough to be together with you! Steroids will make you age and they are mostly good if you already have amazing genetics and want to become a fitness influencer, then I wouldn't tell you it's bad if that's your dream.
