I have a recessed chin, recessed maxilla WITH A big nose

Sure you may not notice it in my front but it's horrible on my side, I plan on getting some fat dissolvers, would that be a bad idea? There's a bunch of fat at the back of my jaw that makes my ramus practically invisible
