oh boy, first off u look like 15-16 so if ur that age then puberty can prolly still do a bit for u, u have bad skin quality so look into a skincare routine and a better diet or accutane if that doesnt work, then u srsly need to debloat, stay away from all of the goyslop, take in controlled amounts of sugar and have a 3:1 ratio of potassium to salt to avoid bloating, also avoid eating 3 hours before sleep to escape the morning bloat, dye ur eyebrows darker or microneedle them, ur canthal tilt is a bit negative so look into cat eye surgery, ears are flared so pin them back its a cheap surgery, jaw is alr but ramus is rlly soft and short so look into an osteotomy or something for that, maxilla also looks recessed so maybe a bimax, this would provide support for the nose avoiding you needing to get a rhino, ur lips look thin but i dont recommend filler or botox so try and see if their are other things to do about it, lean max as much as possible for bone defintion and if ur zygos and jaw still arent there after debloat and low BF then look into implants, brow ridge is also recessed so look into that, finally murder ur barber and get a new one, wish u luck man

canthal tilt, dimo, and angularity are decently apparent flaws. definitely not over you have some pretty good redeeming qualities. fix skin and either hop on gear or pharma to optimize dimorphism or lean into a more androgynous look.
