Keep trying to get your parents to send you to a doctor

The more different doctors you see, the higher the likelihood that one of them decides you need HGH and you get it.

Nothing else you could really do besides that.

If you growth spurt hasn't hit, then meat, eggs, and milk (if you tolerate lactose) can actually make a height difference at this point in life. Seriously, start eating a fuck ton of that. It not only effects your height but your clavicle width.
