if more terrorist attacks happen in europe, like a couple years ago when terrorist attacks happened all over france belgium germany and the UK, then perhaps you may be right. that will trigger europe to fight, but who against? the war would only be against terrorist groups themselves, and not entire muslim countries imo. it is extremely unlike for a country themselves to declare a jihad, but very likely for a terrorist group to do so

while i rushed my answer and didn't think about the impact it'd have on european muslims, i still think that it would only be terrorist groups to take any "mililtary" action. tensions will rise for sure, and there may be trade embargoes and restrictions, but honestly the middle east fighting each other is way more likely than a war with europe
