depends on the situation, obviously if you killed someone, rape or committed some serious crime there is no going back even given how this society works.

at your age, there are many people who will want to help you if you want. family, government or strangers.

The longer you deal with the thing that happened to you, the worse it will be. I speak with my own experience.
