No one's incognito online except for burner pros. And believe it or not, black thugs and drug dealers rule the anonymous world.

A few years back, I paid attention to a situation when I was volunteering my service. There were these black dudes that would drive to homeless shelters and offer the bums $50 each to go into Walmart or Dollar General and purchase them a particular pre-paid phone.

I later learned those thugs do that for a living. They go from shelter to shelter, trap house to crack house, paying people money to purchase phones using the buyer's identification.

I also learned, once they get the phone, before activation, they cover the camera lens with a black marker. The buyer then activates the phone.

Those thugs sell the phones to drug dealers, thugs, inmates, and "parties of interest" that wish to stay anonymous. And those "parties of interest" have money and tend to wear suits.

Also, the particular phone they target are ones with hotspots. Thus authentic internet anonymity.
