Philosophy. When I got home from uni today I read Descartes' entire meditations on the principles of philosophy from start to finish, then read half of Rorty's philosophy and the mirror of knowledge, then watched an interview and a lecture on neopragmatism and read around 20 pages of Dewey's experience and nature.

No it’s not cope, I hard mew every day I.e pushing my thumbs into my mouth for 2 hours (throughout the day) I’ve done this pretty much consistently although I go through phases for over 3 years, and my maxilla and mandible has shifted way upwards and forwards.

It is also cope tho as still not how I want to look so it is cope in a way tbh, but I think it’s legit just takes a long time and insane amount of consistency

My favorite coping mechanism is putting the barrel of an unloaded shotgun in my mouth and repeatedly pulling the trigger.
