U can just use hydrogen peroxide soln used as antiseptic or smthng.Just hold it in ur mouth against ur front teeth.Not gonna comment if this is a good idea look into that yourself but it definitely works.I think 6 percent is ideal,not too painful or sensitivity inducing but still relatively fast

I dont use it anymore as it is just increased sensitivity and my teeth are decently white now.Used it everyday but what really matters is how long you hold it in ur mouth.Just get a little bit and hold it between lips and teeth.I used it for 2 weeks and held it for around 30 45 minutes total each day,switching out the soln every 10 15 minutes or so.Usually just 15 min in the morning and night.Time taken will vary with how white ur teeth already are and what conc u use and how white u want them.I just avoid staining foods now and drink water after if i do eat any
