I Always wondered If its kinda necessary to feel bad in Order to feel good later, Like During the bad feel (and sleep) u regenerate dopamine so next day its replenished

Ok right now im watching the recent Joe rogan experience with Magnus Carlsen and later i will watch Real Madrid vs Atletico madrid

I usually start off in a good mood and it declines through the day
 
Kind of a loop, you get days where you feel 'insanely good', and then days where it all goes down. It goes on and on.

Sleeping a lot makes me less likely to start feeling like complete shit later in the day.
