They refuse to count calories

They will swear up and down that it's all about eating healthy when a lot of so called healthy foods, juices, condiments etc have a fuckton of calories and don't fill you up for shit. My mom is one of those people

limit yourself to 1 slice of bread and 3 glass of water a day until you are at your goal weight.

Stupid fat people, just do intermittent fasting.
Even if you do it once a week for 24h and in the other 6 days you eat as per usual you will still be like -2000/3000 calories weekly.

I’m down from 190 to 181 in under two months. Also I had abs when I started so I’m not fatcel.

I don’t count calories. I just intermittent fast, drink water, coffee/tea, and vegetable juice with stevia. Then for me meals I eat low calorie, nutritious foods like tuna and chicken. I’ve been practically sedentary in this time as well.

I was stuck bouncing around 190 since spring when I found keto and thought I cracked the code like a retard. After wasting 9 months going on elimination diets and then bingeing, I stopped. Don’t cut all carbs and go keto, simple eat high protein, medium-low carb, medium-low, and try to eat less. Easy af ded srs
 
There are probably hundreds of psl7+ people that will never know that they are 7psl because they eat like shit

I think just spending a few weeks counting calories is all a lot of people need. just understand wtf you're putting in your body and how to balance it out. once you have a feel for how many calories certain things have you don't need to count/weight stuff.

also i think people just need to exercise way the fuck more. most people have a job or school where they're sitting all day then have hobbies/leisure activities they do sitting or lying down. many people's exercise regimen is take baby steps like going for walks and then giving up for a while. you can't just do baby steps you need to progress to big adult steps, work out to the point where your heart is pounding, you break a sweat, you're sore the next day, etc. at the very least. but most people don't do that if they don't have to. people are naturally lazy I think it's just a byproduct of being animals who don't want to waste calories if we don't have to.

I am counting calories but the types of food you eat do matter for some people (not all). I really gain weight no matter what I do if I have too much sugar- even if my calories are in tact. I find also that i need a lot of cardio . If I don't exercise I don't lose weight either.
