no thats part of lower third it increases philtrum only not nose height(middle third basically)

Depends tbh a lot of people(me included) just have long philtrum which gives illusion of long midface and can quite easily get fixed

no i mean my middle third(from eyebrow lines to end of the nose) is shorter than my upper third and lower third and it cannot be fixed
