I'm sorry OP ngl I went through a similar thing :(:(

If it's early stages it's manageable I think with a high survival chance. How's your dad's condition?

Please man tell me what the chances are to survive this, i am just sad fuck he had both his knees broken, surgery a new knee, back problems and takes opioids, now got mouth cancer and uses caffeine and cigarettes since young age

do you think if i helped him stop the cigarettes and caffeine it will go away?

he is a very good immunity and never gets sick

According to what I know it's survival rate is high but he REALLY needs to stop smoking to not worsen his condition. I understand that he feels the need to smoke to relieve himself of stress, but sit down with him and tell him to quit smoking if he cares about you because your mental health is worsening because of his condition. He'll understand.

Caffeine I don't think it's problematic, but then again consult with your doctor. He got gum cancer because of the smoking, not because of anything else, I'm %90 sure.

I have no reason to believe he has a hormonal problem since you said he works with his hands.

But honestly your doctor knows better, I am just an internet autist. What you should do is get your dad away from the cigarettes ngl, he's just worsening his condition. Tell him to get a better alternative.
