I wish I knew about it earlier. I been doing it for 2 weeks now. Simply start eating at 2pm . Fast for 16 hours & have ur 8 hour eating window.
I end up just having 1-2 meals a day and I feel like I have more control over my hunger no doubt about it.
I also notice ur brain gets more sharper . Yes u are low energy but it gets better each day.
Just thought I’d share brahs .
Also I talked with chad Nibba & he knows about this too
