It's so frustrating knowing you come off different to people just because of how you look

I never really thought about it until a couple months ago, until I started talking to people that I thought were doing weird or stupid things, and then I realised that it wouldn't come off that way if they were more attractive. Since, then I've made a conscious effort to stop that thinking because people shouldn't be seen differently because of how they look. But I realized that same problem is probably happening with me. I am not an attractive person and once I started thinking back on it, people had the same reaction to me as I did to other people. I really noticed it one day when I was thinking about one day from a year ago where me and my friends were out at a lake, and they were making fun of me for how I ran. They kept saying I ran stupid and I couldn't understand why they thought I was when I was doing the same thing as them. There is one person in my friend group who is like HTN (yeah I know I sound stupid but I mean he is significantly more attractive than me), he said to copy him, and I did the same exact thing and they all laughed at me but not him. I was always confused on that until I realized that was probably why. It sucks knowing how I come off even though I don't feel like I am that way, but I cant really do anything about it. I'm not ugly enough to the point where I get treated like shit, but its definitely noticable that I get made fun of or shit on more often than other people in my friend group. Main thing you should take out of this story/TDLR is: If you think someone is abnormal or something that they are doing/saying is weird, try to think about if there was an attractive or more normal person in your eyes doing or saying the thing. Treat everyone the same way no matter what
