I should also note that the lense does not necessarily have to be tacked on to your pupils when you first put it.

I lay mine on the underside of my eye when I’m dragging my eye bag down.

The part where you tilt your head up and all the stuff that comes after will allow the lense to adjust perfectly on to your pupil.

Best way imo

Rest the contact on ur right hand’s index finger. Pull ur upper eyelid up with ur left hands middle finger. Pull ur lower eyelid down with ur right hand’s middle finger. Then slowly use ur right hands index to put the contact in.
