It's so hard to regain focus

Firstly this shithole didn't allow me to make a single post from the last 20 minutes and now I am even more frustrated because I have lost focus .
I was doing so well with a topic until I lost focus
I have wasted more than an hour and now I realise how hard it is to regain focus.
All the efforts I put in, have now gone in vain.
It's pretty hard to regain focus in a particular topic unless you master the art of being patient.
You can lose focus for 20 minutes but if you're patient enough and determined then you will surely regain focus and no longer stay frustrated.
Now I'll try my best to focus on the topic I was working on again and hope I don't lose it again.

When I try to get work done I do two things

1. Phone in another room
2. Computer with "offline" work potential (so no distractions, games, etc)

Then close the door, put earphones on with No music and go until it's finished. Otherwise I can't function at all.
