I go from this cycle of eating healthy and sleeping good and drinking good to eating and drinking and sleeping barely any.

If I have a shower, tan in the sun, eat and sleep well I'm an ugly creep.

If I don't have a shower, don't tan in the sun and don't eat nor sleep then I'm an unhealthy ugly creep.
