I struggle to make logical decisions. It’s always 99.9% whimsical, emotional or just ignoring the problem. Consistency is nigh impossible

I, on average, have the mental and decision making capability of a 14 yo airhead slut. Clearly hormonal problems

i got a blood test my T levels were 560 ng/dl
not too low but not ideal

the main problem is we are dopamine deprived dogs i think not T levels
