u cut thru cardio to ensure u have more chance to get ur fucking vitamins in and to achieve optimal growth without being a fat cunt, ur fat ass is not gonna achieve optimal growth because higher body fat reduces testorone levels, gh levels and much more. u need to be at an optimal body fat level to achieve optimal hormones which r fucking optimal for growth, don’t be a retard and think that any cutting is bad for you.
if u wanna heightmaxx, frame maxx and facemaxx then u need to lose some fucking weight
