Also my dad and grandfather both grew 3-5 inches after being done with puberty… idk how but they did. Dad went from 5’7-5’11 at 20 grandfather 5’10-6’2 hoping same happens for me

start cutting at 300 calorie defict achieved only by cardio TUBBY, FATTY.

u cut thru cardio to ensure u have more chance to get ur fucking vitamins in and to achieve optimal growth without being a fat cunt, ur fat ass is not gonna achieve optimal growth because higher body fat reduces testorone levels, gh levels and much more. u need to be at an optimal body fat level to achieve optimal hormones which r fucking optimal for growth, don’t be a retard and think that any cutting is bad for you.

if u wanna heightmaxx, frame maxx and facemaxx then u need to lose some fucking weight

this is called diminshing returns and this is why bodybuilders don’t get too fucking fat during the off season, unless they r using exogenous hormones because Tubbies have less testorone and they won’t put on as much muscle, they aren’t as anabolic when they’re fat, that’s why u bulk a bit, maintain then bulk more. stop being a fat bitch holy shit

Nutritionists are fat faggots, take advice from someone that’s actually healthy and lean, do your own research and don’t just blindlessly see to the first thing someone with a degree says. A calories deficit of 300-500 calls daily won’t do you any harm, 10-15%bf is optimal.
