I just turned 15 recently and I have been cutting for a decent amount of time (2-3 months) and im 5'8-5'9 (my dad is 6'0/6'1 and my mom is around 5'5-5'6), I try to include as much nutritional food as I possibly can and i am supplementing magnesium bisglycinate, ashwagandha and a multivitamin with good doses of d3+k2 and zinc. should i continue cutting till my abs are visible or will this fuck over my growth?
the heightpill is very much real and i genuinely dont want to end up as a shortcel
i believe im skinny fat as well, so i just look like shit shirtless and im very self conscious about it (i have considered taking anavar but still dont think its a good option)
what would you guys recommend?
should i keep cutting and higher the possibility of ending up as shortcel (which may not be 100% true, losing the excess bf will lower aromatization in turn lowering my estrogen which delays closure of growth plates) or just fuck all?
ive also looked into AIs but i dont think its a good option, shit literally makes u retarded and lower ur iq
i do have gyno as well so my chest area looks like shit :feelswhy:

i have signs of high estrogen (not tested, just visually) such as gyno, low libido, etc
i deadass barely wake up with morning wood, like maybe once a week :lul:

bro, i just had some nipple sensitivity and bad morning wood and hopped asap on AI's, bro trust me, dont waste time with blood work, it will come out as you predict, signs = causation, also T3/T4 if you want to burn more fat, feel more energized and less slugish like you would when trying to lose weight.

when youre on t3/t4 you have to be active or else your shaking like a mf, i excersise almost daily, atleast walking alot

i get where ur coming from bro, im not easily influenced lol im not convinced at all by the raw milk thing but ive seen the 3k cal maintenance thing, he might be overexaggerating it but its still not that big of a deal
at the end of the day its calories in calories out, dont argue with him its aight bro no need for all that

losing fat has also been a struggle even with steep CONFIRMED caloric deficits, could it be insulin resistance?

if you aren't losing weight you're not in a deficit.

I was vegetarian when I was young and 90% of my calories came from milk, still ended up same height as my father.
