It's much easier to go from ugly to average looking then average to hot.
A good looking guy stands to risk a lot undergoing a very invasive procedure (LeFort 2).
It gets exponentially harder to become very good looking with surgeries.

This isn’t to do with the surgery itself, but is more linked to the severity of the fracture and where the fracture was.
