you look puffy, do some hypertrophy-based exercise and built some muscle, it helps clear the stuff on your face

Thank you man. I just feel like im stuck. The moment i wake up i instantly think about looks and looking better. The whole day im thinking about my ugly flaws and how to fix them. I want to look better and i will try everyday to upgrade. I cant stop. Im tired tho
