lose fat, after ur at like 15% body fat u can look into topical fat dissolvers not before
dye your eyebrows darker and maybe roids but they wont do much for u

also try using dermastamp/pen to make them denser, use bimatoprost to grow your eyelashes and dye them too.
you could use some bone anabolic compounds to try and grow ur jaw 2
and hypertrophy ur neck
