Within days my hygiene has gone to shit.
I haven’t showered in days.
I barely leave my room.
I’m not working out.
I’m not being productive at all
I’m failing 5 of my classes in Highschool.
I’m being Homeschooled because of that.
I’m sure I smell like shit right now.
I dont even have enough motivation for showering :feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy:

If you’re just rotting in your room then there’s your biggest problem

Atleast sit outside, be in the sun and all. If you really want to rot then atleast do it in the sun and in the grass this does a lot to ur mindstate lol

Also your gut health is correlated to your mental health, fix that too
