Just went to my consult for Lateral Canthoplasty and Upper Blepharoplasty and the surgeon told me I wasn't a good enough candidate and she wouldn't perform it on me.

Its fucking over this is ropefuel

She said she doesnt like to shift the lateral canthus and only does canthoplasty to address lack of lower eyelid laxity (primarily on elderly), excuse for not doing upper bleph was some bs tho

your eye area is definitely not “over” tier. just consults other doctors and you’ll be good

You think so? Do yk any surgeons that could do it
i’m not very familiar with oculoplastic surgeons since my issues aren’t with my eye area. but im sure if you do some research and ask around you’ll have success finding someone

Your under eye support is bad. I wouldn't suggest canthoplasty on its own, cantho combined with other surgeries will give the best result.

Would infraorbital fat grafting or some other soft tissue surgery be enough? Or would I need implants do you think

depends on whether or not your orbital vector is neutral/positive
