wide jaw + barely any maxillary projection + upturned nose = bloated potato forever
if i got a bimax my nose would be ruined beyond what a rhinoplasty can do, but i need to lengthen my jaws for soft tissue support very badly and i also have naso folds from my shit FUCKING MIDFACE MY NOSE AND MIDFACE AT 19 THIS IS THE END OF MY GENES
