I'm currently 15 and turn 16 next year. When I was 14, I was horribly ugly. Honestly, I looked absolutely subhuman, and even now I still do a bit whenever I'm completely unfrauded.
Because of that, I was wondering if I could get any help or tips on how to ascend. I understand I'll likely need hardmaxxing once I'm 18, but for now, what pharmacology, softmaxxes, or DIY methods could help?
I also quit working out because my stress got too high, so I'm slowly losing my abs, which honestly helped my appearance. I'm getting smaller, and my looks are declining since I don't eat 2,500 calories anymore. Now I only eat around 1,800–2,000 calories.
I'll show photos of myself at 14 and now. I also gave up a bit. I only do a tiny bit of skincare, rarely work out, and mostly rot.
