MSM, Glucosamine, just to not compress the tiniest bit, 1-inch shoe lifts if I'm wearing sneakers, but most of the time I don't even wear sneakers all I wear is boots or even heeled boots, I say it's a "fashion statement" but in reality it's just because I just look way taller (and they look damn cool too, they won't get you bitches though, but they'll get a lot of compliments).
