i legit feel out of the normie world. it's extremely hard for me to hold a convo outiside of this place, i cringe at what i say and what they say, don't know what to say, get brain fog, get nervous, avoid eye contact, start to laugh hysterically, can't sit properly without moving too much, and the list keeps going. i have to try extremely hard to fake being socially adjusted

How do u do in 1 v 1 convos with a friend?

only people i have no problems to talk to because of inside jokes and the fact that i feel like i can say everything i want without being judged
while i talk to some1 else i have to carefully think every word i say and in the end i come as fake. i either say very dumb or smart shit, it's really difficult for me to hold an nt small talks convo without it dying in 20 seconds
