No, I am wondering why you are not telling us what the upgrade is. I am guessing a neck lift. And you will have the residual fat injected into your penis. My penis is too big as it is. I tried penis reduction surgery but doctors accused me of being retarded and suggested medication. So the dream was short-lived. However, this one doctor, a hideous tranny, HE suggested, "Why not remove the entire package?" Ugh. He cringed me out of the office.
