Dad ordered me a cheese pizza and brownies. I couldn’t resist bruh that was easy a 3,000 calorie dinner. I feel like I just added 5% bf. Still not fat really, I’m like 16-19% range, can see some abs when flexed in good light. Still need to get down to 12.

I feel like Looksmaxing in general would be easier if you lived alone.
