The cortisol from chess at least helps you developing your brain jfl the cortisol here decreases your IQ. And mirin I've started to spend too much time here unfortunately need to go ghost mode again

I've stopped for some time cuz my ADHD was too bad jfl I injected today like a hour ago, got a doctor appointment in a few days if everything goes well I'll start going to the gym now too finally

i deffo have adhd too :forcedsmile: but its undiagnosed ive shown all symptoms since very young like 7+ and my older brother is diagnosed adhd

Steal his meds :lul: Getting a diagnosis is not that hard and the meds mog hard asf but my ADHD is so bad I can't even take them sometimes I am off of them since like a month too :hnghn: But how's your looksmaxxing stuff going if you're doing anything rn

yh looksmaxxing wise just getting lean cos i was decently lean 10% bf in january then felt like shi cos of hormone imbalance due to low fat so bulked up to feel better to then feel like shit a couple weeks back and got told to go on a cut by some random twig tier twat at the gym w no visible sign of gains

so heavy calorie deficit ensuring protein and carbs are sufficient and fat is healthy, w 20mins of intense LIIT incline cardio every session

other than that im using hydrocortisone like once a week + tretinoin nothing much rn ig :fuk:

10% is crazy mirin your effort I lost like 50kgs and I'm still around 25% probably, how much are you rn? I don't think it should take a lot of effort to get down but who cares what some random person got to say, he was probably just talking shit

Maybe get some reta to make the calorie deficit easier, it's genuinely a cheat and its not that expensive like 188$ for abt a year is nothing for the progress you make

yh reta would fucking ascend you in your case idk why but what helped me on my cut till january accidentally was berberine i was unknowingly snacking on my mothers berberine gummies :ICANT: and the shi suppressed my appetite and made me shit alot ,

anyways tho i purposely bulked to feel strong tbh i fullstack pretty much all machines even still so it doesnt really matter, that day was a leg day too i was tryna pr on hacksquats doing 200kg and it was a midnight session so i was trying to limit all social interaction and ended up bumping into the prick at the end of my session

end of a leg sesh and midnight and i have giga high inhib at gym especially when i have my airpods in so i was tryna pass by the interaction and get home as quick as possible
