Okay , i went to like 10% bf and i got skinny now. I weight fucking 62 kgs at close to 17 years old and 184 cm tall dude. This realtalk going too far. The thing is i stopped caring about my diet a few weeks ago and did weigh 66 there i just lost 4 kgs.
