I was at a funeral last weekend the person who died was barely 30 and died in an accident. People sobbed at the church but later during the post-funeral dinner party everybody was happily chatting and eating cake as if nothing had just happened jfl.

well better than becoming depressed for the rest of your life because of it. i doubt the dead person would've wanted their loved ones to be crippled for months to come due to his/her death.

Yeah, true tbh, this is a big anxiety of me, that i die and everyone grieves me too much and me knowing they would be in pain. The only person i would grieve for life would be my girlfriend
