I see it way too much in the blackpill and redpilll community but in opposite wayd

Redpill copers claim everything is their fault meanwhile doomers here claim nothing is their fault

so

What isn’t your fault: women not being attracted to you (unless your looksminned), how you were raised, any kind of mental illness

Don’t blame these things on yourself you will just end up being more sad if you do

What is your fault: being an anti social friendless outcast(assuming you don’t have a mental illness), being looksminned (like @Lebgfinal), not being able to make a stable income in a 1st world country

These things are your fault and things that YOU can change

Status and income are less in control than you make them out to be.

Perfect explaination.

Your upbringing explains a whole lot, but your also semi responsible for some things and your outcome in life. Its dumb to act like you can just go into this world and thug it out like redpillers roleplay to do, and its dumb to act like your the victim and everyone else is to blame. Because then we could take the blame back centuries.

One problem in these communities (and generally) is the binary approach. Nuances are important and details are minor.

That’s why having a too blackpilled world view where nothing is your fault is cope, it’s extremely common in this sphere where dudes will act like they have nothing to do with their shit life. Yea it’s not all you but acting Ike you don’t deserve a cent of the blame is pathetic

Almost anything is really out of your control, considering genetics and also pre- and early post- natal development literally lay your foundation.
You are that foundation and everything else is really just consequential.
Your genetics and parents are primarily responsible for your life success.
