It's weird how Middle Eastern/North Africans are the closest to Europeans in ancestry, history, language, culture,etc but are the most hated by them

Seriously. Arabs, Turks and Berbers are by far the most hated group by whites/europeans.

they like black people, east asians, indians/pakistanis and oceania people more than mena lol.

Antisemitism is still alive. Jews are just a protected class by the media even more than blacks.

and since today their enemy are Arab it’s easier to side with them ( lesser of two evils, not Europe problem anymore)
