It’s weird. I have a mesomorphic lower body and an ectomorph upper body.

So basically my calves: barely trained them. Did occasional jumping and running - 15.5 inches (16 inches after proper training for a few months).

Upper arms (biceps): been training them since august 2018, not very consistently but hey, you still pick stuff up with your arms and they do 90% of all exercises - 14 inches (got them up to 15.5-16 inches after focusing very hard on all my upper arm muscles).

My arms without training 10-12 inches. My calves without training 14.5-15 inches. Lol.

Same. Played football when I was younger, but 0 upper body exercise so that could be a reason for it.

Also got massive ankles and tiny wrists.

I hve it totally opposite..i have natural bulk upper body with wide ribcage and decent clavicles, but chicken legs

I have only 160 pounds or so being 5"9 and people always estimate my weight much higher than 155 -160

So what can we do about it ? Maybe train legs harder

That's high estrogen.

If you are E dominant, you get big ass and legs, but weak upper body.
If you are T dominant, you get big chest and arms, but moderate legs.
The worst is to be cortisol dominant, when you have thin arms and legs and only grow belly.

Research says that foids react only to upper-body strength, which is a sign of high T.

same here

I suspect it's because I did a lot of cycling as a kid, and I live in a region with steep hills

where as my upper body I almost never used

maybe it's also just high estrogen idk
