I used to think "all Europeans are white." After speaking to white nationalists, I have come to the conclusion that the only real whites are Germanic people, Nordic people and Anglo-Saxon people. What white means is purely subjective and depends on what you mean by white. If synonymous with European then albos are white, if you think of phenotype then it is technically purely individual, but from a pure guess the majority of them are white in eyes of normies and almost all are white in terms of anthroplogy aspies.
