Palate expander is going good, I m surely achieving some skeletal expansion as my face at same bf looks fuller. ( maybe something shorter )

As for lgd, maybe only I ve noticed a little more sebum, witch is not that bad for anti-aging purpose.
Nothing on beard or hair btw.

Btw. How is going with your palate expander ?

It depends, you should check your t levels before and after.
Btw I think you don’t need pct for normal dosage
