I was super skinny (120 lbs at 16) so I lean bulked to 145 which made me gain some face fat. I’m currently working on debloating. Is there anything else I can improve?

well i already said u need surgeries for eyes, prob buccal fat removal too
for now all u can do is shave and get tan maybe
