When people say gymcelling is cope do they mean anything gym related is cope or like just being on roids and trying to get hella big n shi

Like im going to the gym to try to hit 10% bf does that mean im a gymcel and it was over before it begun or does the word have a diff meaning

i think they mean focusing entirely on becoming big not taking into account acne that could come from roids etc
